All people can benefit from creative coaching, especially early childhood educators. What is seemingly so simple a process of play for preschoolers often becomes lost to us as we age. We begin to compare works of art or creativity with others, thereby thinking creativity is something we either have or do not possess. Rather than embrace this black and white thinking, Meg Shulman encourages you to think of creativity as a muscle. Creativity is something that begets creativity, therefore making one a stronger creative over time.
